Another good point and totally agree. I was also in sales and I like knowing that the company is investing in its staff and not just paying "commission only" which shows absolutely no commitment from the company and once again means nothing to us as investors. He could hire 254456 commission only staff and that still wouldn't be a good sign imo. Just another fluff PR Imo only. He used it as trying to make it look like substantial growth (which may be) but who are these people and what incentives do they have for the company and long term investors?
The moment this sits under .0092 it's going to be carnage.
