Well, ViaOne Services is not simply a "backer".

As we are aware, it doesn't matter how much money a company receives if management isn't competent to get the job done.

In this instance, ViaOne Services has been successful in replacing old management who obviously couldn't get the job done with new management that has a proven record of success.

And, this is what separates this company from others.
