I get what you're saying.... Life Clips has a history of filing late financials, I left couple voicemail for Mobeego, and even sent couple e-mails. I am debating to contact Victoria Rudman through LinkedIn. Apparently her linked profile said she's transpearancy with shareholders? So, I'm curious wth is going on too... I don't know all the exact info, but what's interesting was back in Oct, 2016 - they submitted an NT-10k and was filed 15 days after. Unless they wanted to get cheap shares as much as possible before something transpired... I just know as much info. as you do... pretty annoyed, but it's just a matter of time when they released the financials...
