But those statements are the responsibility of the company to correct... Etrade only puts up what is give them... most of these Pinksheet stocks do not update brokers as there is an expense tied to it....

Once the name and symbol change goes thru then when that is updated with Etrade they will also update all of the other information.

My thought is anyone who uses a broker they dont have an account with to do their DD is not that sharp anyway... there are far to many other places to get more updated information then on a brokers site where you dont have an account. Anyone looking at a OTC stock should be using the OTC web site as it updated continually.
