A quick add it up from the McCusker Schedules shows $50,863 in payroll alone on the creditors list... not including the unknown "wages owed" amounts for the Employee lawsuit!

Kelly Brands is owed $6154 also shown as a BOD on this doc!

A quick look here makes this look like McCusker & co is the main entity.

Someone with Accounting Background could help here?

Again I find no supporting documents to show What is Holding anything?

Nowhere do I see the word "Subsidiary of". The assumption is that Holding or Holdings is the Umbrella....is that correct?
