Actually half life formula is clearly defined - “Half-life is defined as the amount of time it takes a given quantity to decrease to half of its initial value.”

This means if you start with a concentration of say 750 mg of drug and 1/2 life is 2.5 hours - the concentration will drop to 375 after 2.5 hours and drop to 187.5 (half of 375) after another 2.5 hours.

That’s why it is called exponential decay.

Here is the half life calculator - enter 3 parameters such as 750 - 2.5 hours and each hourly interval to get the remaining concentration

It will show that my numbers are correct and you cannot keep on saying they are wrong
(In any case Leo and Dr B know about it and they know it is not effective in IV)
