Sounds like Frank. He took our WNTR investments, lied multiple times to trick shareholders into holding and buying, while he and insiders dumped their own shares and diluted... all with the promise of generous and valuable dividends if we held our shares, or or purchased more and held them, through a certain date. On each of those three separate occasions, the share price plummeted and volume ceased almost immediately after we were "allowed" to sell our shares again. As soon as we could sell, it was impossible. We were diluted to death and interest fell so low, we reached no volume and were stuck where we are now for years at this point. We've still received ZERO VALUE for those three dividends. We only got one of them deposited into our accounts, the other two? There's no sign of them. After we were scammed, there was no further mention of them. The ONE that we did get (GCHI), was tendered by the company for ZERO DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS. Frank essentially cancelled the ONE of THREE dividends we were to receive, and he did this without notice, and without any explanation. I hope Nodify has the resources to take this con artist down.
