I own the Divi's Preferred shares :) In hopes that they are indeed shares of TFN which means direct ownership. I wouldnt touch the common shares of BKMP IMHO makes no sense to own it now. But anyway the pumpers on here want to confuse everyone into thinking sandy's company is TFN but its not.

Just look at the financial report Mr Winick released, all it shows is that you guys that bought shares and held have been heavily diluted, and this buyback basically is being financed with same money he got from diluting the company.

Winick has a shady past and unproven track record. there's no reason Mike Garrow should jeopardize the integrity of TFN or his own by doing business with winick IMHO.
