common shares of BKMP are just that.If you own Shares in BKMP you indirectly own TFN because winnick bought 20% of TFN.But basically you bought into a 1 man holding company with an office and office equipment valued at $16,900 as per the financial report. If the reorganization turns out to be TFN then the preferred shares will represent direct ownership of TFN and IMHO no more need to own winick's holding company.
