Front Running News is when you have the ear of the EXMT CEO Rick Wilson and he gives you heads up information and you trade way before the news along with the pump n dump you never see or hear about. Many also post the news so the company can avoid paying IHUB $100.00 to post it. This type of Front Running is par for the companies Rick Wilson is CEO of.
