Seattle area housing -

I talked to a friend today who works on installing equipment in new homes. He said a lot of the new homes were being bought by Indians who work for Microsoft and that Microsoft gives them a $2K/month housing allowance. Meanwhile, US citizens are being displaced by these H2B visa immigrants and they are being priced out of affordable housing. The government really, really screws things up. Oh and the reason at least some of those people who make less than $40K/yr can afford a new Mercedes is that they are drug dealers and they have a lot of unreported income. Screwed again.
