It was just me and Mom when I was 3, I remember helping her sell Avon when I was 7. We got a color TV from some kind of prize they had for sales... Then we got a Microwave!! By the time I was 10 we were ballers in our shitty apartment complex in Canoga Park...

Candle light for "lighting" when the electric got shut off sometimes, eggs and hot dog dinners... We were behind the Joneses obviously and that was in the 80's...
