Well you can knock me over with a feather....last night and this morning I was able to access the annotate feature on stockcharts. All very misterious since I don't really know why it stopped and now I don't know why it's working---not that I'm complaining mind you---VBG.

I'm still blocked on "internet options".

I will look into Fast & Safe. The only new thing is MS's auto updates which I usually install within the week that I get notification. I have to think one of them changed my access but that is hard to believe. A virus????? Seems sort of benign for a virus......BWDIK.
