LMAO!! youre comparing MSFT to BKMP lol

they can have all those shares because people actually want to buy their stock. They have revenue streams they have products. They are an establish company. while its been 1 year as BKMP and 2 years as First Canadian and winick still has nothing to show for it except Net operating loss of over $22 million and a diluted holding company. IMHO He's been recycling shareholders money.
