Thanks. I had read through all the press releases, and it did say the company charter was changing, but they do not say what happened to previous employees, their offices, and/or any residual business. At least, I can't find it after rereading it again.
Probably no need to contact IR, at this point. I'll watch a few days and see what is happening.
