Now you make some claims that are true but you neglect to see the same issues as before.
Scott had far more shares than Dan. But you don't consider that "legitimate". Fact is you are only a shareholder till you sell.
You claim Dan and Otto own some shares.... prove it.
I assume they do. But then you are also unable to explain where the market makers "find" 10m shares a month to sell at sub penny.
And since insiders keep secrets we don't know whow owns what
Dan had 20m (?) In a fund that was seized did he have more than that?
You don't know.
Or at least can't prove it and if you do know you are being given insider info. Which is not what a "legitimate shareholding" officer does.
Invest in management.
There is nothing to base an investment on when the management is hiding the facts from the shareholders.
