A complete buyout of SANP would spell disaster for shareholders, as Canoe would immediately do a R/S to be rid of them. They own too great a %age of the O/S.

I've said all along, they have no need of Frankie. That goes double for existing shareholders.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
