All OTC CEOs especially pink. ONCI CEO seems to have a pretty clear background and seems to be doing the right thing. I am just skeptical of all of them. I feel confirmed news and volume will light a torch under ONCI, but I am also not sure if we have seen the bottom. Been in stocks for over 30 years now and just feel like it is a pure gamble most of the time. We need volume and interest.
