$8 is fair value now , the market had lost confidence it is gaining back at this time by Christmas I expect that to be back after next earnings will be 4 quarters in a row of positive earnings and the PE will improve on already a super low PE of present.

Next Earnings about Nov 2-3rd Analist have been constantly wrong on wti next quarter wti will hit more radar on 4 in arrow.
