There is nothing wrong with shorting the stock. It's done everyday on the OTC market. Some people tilt at windmills. If it was really an issue Tovec would have dealt with it on their own.

If there really is a naked short position, Which I don't believe, it would help us if Torvec ever sells something when they scrambled to cover.
