Jim......Yes it was done with debt...but thats a good debt in a growing business....

Unlike PAIM....Sandy is reducing BKMP O/S with Cash and at the same time building building the brand........

I do prefer the cash optin even if it is not as dramatic as PAIM in reducing the O/S...............
