The company just raised $5.75 million in a share offering for $.45/share (Canadian). That's about 12.77 million shares out of a total current OS of 131,689,466 shares.

InMed Raises $5.75 Million Through Underwritten Financing Including Full Exercise of the Over-Allotment Option

There will probably be several more offerings to fund clinical trials and research going forward before they produce significant revenues. However, the share price for new pharmaceutical companies is more a function of the progress of research, clinical trials and potential future value of drugs in development than the actual current value of the company. As the pps goes up, fewer shares are needed to raise the same amount of cash.

I own over 100,000 shares and am not at all concerned about dilution. I think the biggest problem facing InMed shareholders is the length of time it takes to bring a drug to market and the long periods during which there is little news to report. This can lead to dips in the pps which can scare long term shareholders and bring naysayers out of the woodwork, although they present buying opportunities as well.
