there will be existing cases in the court of claims that likely get amended to try and go after damages...

but outside of that, i dont expect any lawsuits to really go for much, since an injunction after it already happened and is after the fact doesn't do much

good luck, the government has been violating the spirit of the law since 2008...

the warrants are very much alive. even the biggest common shareholder says they are.

and he has the billions to fight them.. but he has like a 3-4 percent portfolio position in them (aka, not a big bet)
