And setting up for an empty shell for "some small obscure" entity creation, yeah, not the funniest joke.
That mngt considering offers to buy San Dimas, and take Primero to an exploration company only, seems to speak to integrity of mngt under circumstances. Curious price tag for San Dimas. Seems knowing total CapEx would help. I would think a fairly healthy to hefty price could be gained, likely setting Primero up with a paid off Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) and decent cash on hand to explore. Would mngt want to develop a property into a mine, or sell it off, should this occur? Actually think more likely San Dimas is not sold.
