If podworks is indeed in a broken deal or uncertainty situation, do you think Franjose is going to come forward now and say, hey guys, sorry it looks like we're not going to have a merger?

Or he's gonna wait till the expiration of the LOI so that people still get into SANP stock and increase the share price?

I want SANP to go up so that I can make money and I'm sure you all do too... But on the other hand without clarity from both co's, I don't want to be blinded after hearing that both parties aren't on the same page...
