Just post a link to the article. What’s the date on the article? Because yeah at first they didn’t know how to regulate it. But now there is a lot more platforms of blockchain. Bitcoin is a blockchain. But it’s one type of blockchain. Ethereum is suppose to be a stronger blockchain. Now I’m not saying go buy a bunch of ethereum or lite coins but just keep in mind that blockchains are the back bone to icos.
