Stop wasting your time asking people here about taking legal action because no one here really knows. There are attorneys out there who do nothing but file suits against fraudulent corporations who lie to shareholders to steal their money. Some simple Web searches will lead you to those attorneys.

Go start talking to those attorneys until you find one who can help.
