If the MMs make money whether the PPS goes up or down, why don't they let it run instead of always trying to push the PPS down? For instance, ACSM earlier this week just happens to show up a day after DOLV has a 12.6 million volume day, and up over 28%. They stayed at the top of the bid and ask the next couple of days and methodically walked the price down.
