Ok, you asked, here you go...

Below are some details which are from a July 28, 2017 conversation with management. For full disclosure, I have no position in BTH at this time.

- There are issues with the device - high voltage generates high current and fries the low voltage side, have been trying but can't seem to fix it
- Going slower than hoped
- 4 months behind schedule
- Board tired of waiting
- Board wants to know what we are doing going forward
- No alignment for the last 6 weeks leading up to this conversation
- CEO interested in continuing with current business plan
- Board not aligned with current business plan and interested in doing a change in strategic direction

That is all I was told.
