All the peeps that regularly talk to USGlobal seemed to think that something would happen this week... but I can't see any deadline except the 31st. Not sure what requirement there is for an SEC filing for the 15 day fund sourcing disclosure to Songbird before closing. If no SEC requirement, then it may have already happened and the party continues until the 31st.
The audit completion delay is puzzling. You would think that if they couldn't find all the fuzzy transactions from way back... and I think its very unlikely that they could... then there should be a way to include that fact in the audit, take a write-down and move on. I certainly don't know anything about that stuff though. Is this a deal-killer for Baltia as a corporation if they can't tie together all the loose ends?
I still think there may be a new corporation ready to stand up if this is a deal-killer... and I hope its not. Always good though to have a back-up plan in place.
