Oh my, more legal trouble for Sam Talari…
Here is the Pacer link to the case;

Hopefully one of the above links will take you straight to the actual filing. Sometimes it will, other times it will time out. If this works, great. If not, you’ll have to join www.pacer.gov. Free to register. Very small charge to view pages.

Basically, defendant Graham who owned BLDW, sold the company to Talari. Graham turned over his shares as part of the deal. In return, Graham received new shares in Talari’s company, HempTech Corp.
After 6 months, Graham was supposed to be able to sell his shares. 6 months arrived. Talari and his lawyer said he would have to sit on them for a year. A year came and went. Talari and his Lawyer told Graham that they didn’t think he could legally sell all those shares he received for the selling of his company to Talari.

In short, Talari screwed Graham out of the shares that he legally had coming to him for selling his company. I guess Talari thinks he got the company and doesn’t have to pay for it? This guy is a real piece of work! To make this simple, if one guy sells his company to another guy, the seller has to be compensated for it. That’s common sense. No money exchanged hands – just shares. How Talari thinks he can get away with not compensating Graham something for his company, is beyond me. We shall see how a jury feels about this.

But wait, there’s more!...

Here is another ongoing suit. This one is by a Talari insider, once a very close friend of Talari and wife. This should be interesting! Insiders generally know exactly what transpired. Don created the CBD products and test kits. Talari screwed him over royally. I believe this one and probably the first one fall under the ‘fraud’ statute.

Basically this case is about:

NATURE OF ACTION
1. This action is brought to remedy Defendants’ breach of contractual, common
law and statutory obligations arising under federal and state law. Defendants are being
sued for failure to pay minimum wage and overtime compensation; failure to honor
contracts, failure to pay wages when due; unjust enrichment; and conversion of Plaintiff’s
investment funds.

For anyone who tries to sluff these court cases off as ‘no big deal,’ consider that these cases go to the heart of his character; what kind of person he is. We know from his past companies, pr’s and other actions that Saeed ‘Sam’ Talari is a con man. Period. He lies and cheats for a living. Nice guy, huh? And Cox is no better than he is.

These are the 2 guys the shareholders of FUTL are counting on for unimagined riches? LOL. Goooood luck!
