The PR announcing the merger was on Oct 2 and it included the following:
"The transaction is expected to be finalized within the next 4-6 weeks."

That would put it into early or mid November. At this point I would like to have the CEO give an update on the progress being made in light of all of the negative emails and correspondence, or at least that interpretation, given the difficulty in communicating because of the language difference.
THAT IS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK and it would put a halt to all the back and forth on this board, which is doing nothing other than fostering uncertainty, whether intentionally or not!!
