TallRob, You will be back if CSHD crashes and causes you to lose your rear. Unless you paid .10 a share like some of the Furia cronies who constantly pump this baby, the odds are, in my opinion, you are going to lose money unless you sell before it gets back down there.

Anyway, my point is that you are welcome to leave this board but if CSHD comes crashing down soon (as I suspect it will), I hope you realize the value of an open debate and come back.

I am not welcome at the other board and have been banned there because I questioned information that people were stating as fact.

Here are a few examples.

Phil claimed none of the form 144s that had filed had sold any shares. He claimed this as fact. I disagreed because I found at least one where it showed a sell date. Either way, he should not be stating as fact. Even Rufus later posted it as fact that none of them were able to sell.

Phil claimed for days before an auditor was announced that CSHD had done everything they could and that everything was now in the hands of the SEC. I responded to that stating that I found where the previous auditor had resigned and saw no mention of a new auditor. He chose to continue ignoring me and pointing out I would soon be banned. I was soon banned. Days later CSHD announced a new auditor. It was obvious at that point, things were NOT in the hands of the SEC as Phil had stated.

I brought up past failures and debt of Furia. Phil claims Furia does not exist any longer and that all debt was whiped clean. I disagree. He claimed this even before the merger was announced as completed (I am still not certain the merger is actually complete).

I could go on but the point is any time I disagree with Phil moments later I would be banned.

I am very thankful for a forum such as this where things are more open to debate.

As for the reset, let's say for the sake of argument that it actually happens (trying not to laugh here), the only way that any of the longs can sell a single share at say $54 a share is if someone is there to buy it at that price. Let's face the fact that there are going to be thousands of people trying to sell shares after the reset, millions of shares, who is going to pay $54 a share for a company with a history of losing investor's money and a history of business model changes and name changes?

I have much more to debate about if anyone wants to give it a shot.
