Spoke with Ceo today, said priority were getting financials in order and then audit, no dilution at moment and once financials were taking care of an update would come, not much longer, asked him if sometime in November and he said shouldn’t take that long, also asked about a R/S and he said not planned at moment and that decision would not be up to him
