What I mean by sequencing is the strategic completion of events and press releases in such a way that they have a synergistic effect and multiply on each other so that the combined sequence results in a higher valuation (in this case) than all of the same events and press releases would have if done separately. When looking at PPS/(availability of more company funds without much dilution) the goal would be to raise the market cap.

I think in this case OWCP is also fed up with the bottom feeders of the OTC world and likely to go to the NASDAQ sooner than some would think. Now I'm no expert but this is how I would like to see it played out.

(After that I suspect we will have had 6 months or so worth of time to put into place the next sequence)

Some of these orders might be off from what actually happens but I think the goal would be to get more access to funds from other markets (with better regulations to keep our SEC monitoring us on the OTC) then drop big news to cement in a higher PPS.
