Your experience with the EPM comment boxes is very interesting and disconcerting.

In would serve us greatly (from a PPS perspective) to have broad publicity for a settlement to be carried by more than message boards and blogs. There are legitimate news services that are read by investors, opportunists/gamblers that would help carry the message that GERS is now a "cat with different stripes". We will need that.

Your experience implies to me that DVG will demand a non disclosure clause in a settlement. As I said before, that will serve KK, C&C, and other insiders that will get paid -- but not the common shareholders. This tension and conflict over how well, if at all, a settlement is broadly publicized is a very critical chapter of this unfolding story.
