It wouldnt be insider info as much as insight into things like personalities, business practices etc. that one would only be able to discover by actually doing business with the company. I believe jbocca had a nda (God I cant stand that term anymore) with edig for something or other and I believe he knows things about the company that you and I sure dont. I know that during discussions of royalties, his figures were awful small (1-2 bucks per unit). Was this due to knowledge obtained from doing business with edig or just speculation?
