Fair points. There is a ton of money within their grasp assuming they do the right thing.

As for the audited financials, there will always be scrutiny of them until they are actually audited. Even if Q3 and/or Q4 is tremendous, can we trust they are right without being audited? To me that is the most important point. You have to have audited financials to be taken seriously.
