When a stock is back where it started after a couple of days, it is very true to think it was under the definition of a pump and dump.

Too easy to point finger to FINRA.

OTCmarket lists RO as director of investors relation, and he claims it is not his job.
Ok, fine.

But, what is wrongly listed as well on OTCmarket?
Is business description correct or not?

Make someone wonder, or maybe make FINRA wonder?

A simple PR could help.....
