This is the annual revenues we have seen reported in PR's just this year.

Looking back over 2017 thus far, we can see a plethora of revenue-producing PR's that Steve has released. Just looking at ONLY the PR's that show actual numbers, we can see approximately $8,112,000 in fiscal revenues. This does not include revs from the shopping site, the law group, or any other PR that detailed a sale without any hard numbers. These numbers are for reported sales on just the driving app and nothing else.

And we know there are more deals made that we have not heard about yet, such as the 2nd South Korean auto-maker and the Japanese insurance company.

Fleetsafer had 1 million in revs when we bought 100% of Cogosense.

And to think, we're just getting started.

10/11/2017: 7 dealer Massachusetts based auto group, with brands including Chevy, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, BMW, Ford and Jeep. Each dealer will take 25 units per month at $200 per unit which is $35,000 per month and $420,000 per year.

10/05/2017: Northern Florida auto group with 6 dealerships including Chevy, Kia, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan and Toyota. Each dealership will take 20 units per month at $200 per unit for a grand total of $288,000 per year." PLUS a large southwestern extended warranty company; we will be selling their products which include extended warranties, tire and wheel and other after market products in our dealer network and they will be selling our apps in their dealer network. They will start with 50 units per month at $200 per unit and a grand total of $120,000 per yr."

09/29/2017: a central Florida dealer group with 5 dealerships in Tampa and Orlando and brands including Chevy, GMC, KIA, Hyundai and Audi. This contract is for 20 units per month for each dealership totaling 100 units per month at $200 per unit for a grand total of $240,000 per year." PLUS: mayor of San Antonio and signed a pilot contract for 100 units, or $20,000.

09/22/2017: 250 Dealer Extended Warranty Company in New York. The Contract is 200 units per month to start, at $200 per unit, or $40,000 x 12 = $480,000.

09/20/2017: 5 dealer group in NY with Brands including Nissan, Jeep and Volvo. These dealers will be taking 20 units per month @ $200 per unit or $20,000 per month and $240,000 per year.

09/13/2017: 20 dealerships in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Each dealership will take 20 units per month at $200 per unit which is $80,000 per month and $960,000/year.

09/08/2017: 25 dealerships in Los Angeles and Orange county California each dealership will take 20 units per month at $200 a unit which is $100,000 per month and 1.2 million per year.

09/01/2017: $450,000 contract with a 10 dealer group in Arizona at 150 units per month and $250 per unit.

08/29/2017: 5 dealer auto group in Long Island New York with brands including Toyota, Nissan Chevy, Kia and Ford. This dealer group will receive units by September 18, and are targeted to sell 20 units per month at $300 per unit and a grand total of $360,000 per year.

08/24/2017: Ford Fleet services has asked us to put 1000 units on reserve as they have a Large Mid Western Utility Company who has expressed interest in not only our FMS Safe Driving App but also our Global Tracking Device.” $200,000

08/21/2017: a large Mid Atlantic dealer group with locations in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington DC. At first 12 dealers will participate each generating $3,000 per month or $36,000 and over $432,000 per year.”

08/17/2017: a large luxury dealer group in Texas including such brands as Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Lincoln, Cadillac, Porsche and Infiniti. Each dealership will take 25 units per month at $200 per unit for a grand total of $40,000 per month and $480,000 per year.

08/11/2017: a contract with Google Brazil. CEO Steve Berman states, "This is another big step for us as we move into another huge revenue stream opportunity. We expect to earn approximately $600,000 from this deal in Brazil over the course of the next 12 months.

08/03/2017: a deal for its FMS Safe Driving APP with Assurant Argentina. They have purchased 500 units to start at $200 for a total of 100,000 and asked us to put another 500 on hold. $200,000.

07/25/2017: The Extended warranty company has purchased 1000 units at $175 each for a total purchase order of $175,000 and have put another 1000 units on hold.” $350,000

06/26/2017: The South American group has purchased 750 units at $200 each for a total purchase order of $150,000 and have put another 750 units on hold.” $300,000

April 19, 2017: $100K order for their FMS Drive Safe App from 1 of the leading Asian auto manufacturers with HQ’s based in Korea and Japan.

8 new Auto Dealer Vendors in Florida State for their premium FMS Drive Safe App. For this particular group of Vendors, we have extrapolated attaining an average $7K in recurring monthly revenue per vendor. 56k/month x 12 = $672,000
