lol easy exit for jr pfd? no, we take a haircut, all the dividends that we should have been paid, and i think that we take a haircut on the way out... because i dont think that the common valuations that we see in the moelis plan are reasonable, i think they are a bit high, but who knows

i don't know which share class is better, common or preferred
what i do know is that the common should go up faster and first (they always do) and that on any bad news, preferred lead the way down (seem to)
