Their is nothing left to learn they win either way. They have found a way for investors to buy shares in the company to pay there officers compensation. (money coming in not from product sales) They pay themselves regardless and can live the top shelf lives they want. It is genius to be honest... Money they don't want investors to know they have can be funneled to a shell company off in another state.

Audited financials would bust their system if they are playing the hide money shell company game.
