Sly; If Bull's claims are true, then Solomon is deliberatly lying to the shareholders - and, in my opinion, on a scale that is a punishable offence.
I will not disagree with you that Solomon misleads, fails to clarify etc, but this is a different level.
Also, I will not disagree with you that he is a risk-taker, but at least capex has been put on hold (for both SIAF and TRW) for a while now.
However, the claim that "whatever is happening is bad" is not necessarily true. It's not impossible, but as I already stated; if Bull's claims are true, then this is on a whole different scale - if true, then Solomon should expect personal lawsuits on a massive scale (even if he manages to pull things of).
