"what company would touch BKMP a non-productive firm as you called it? A big Corporation would buy TFN directly before ever thinking about buying BKMP."

First, I never said that BKMP was non productive. I was giving a general idea as to why NOLs (in general) can be a good thing from the big corp's (general corporation) point of view.
Second, any company might have been non productive, acquiring NOL's for a ceratin amount of years, and then turn out profitable. It takes money to make money. Start up drug companies come to mind....
Third, and this is IMO, what if TFN purchases or merges with BKMP (if it is possible)? After all Sandy and Mike are partners, no?

"Yes that would be great if Sandy was making more than $21k per quarter. ($16,900 of that went to office equipment.)
There were 8.2 billion shares converted into cash $1 million according to the report, now he only has 334k in the bank?"

I will not comment on this because I don't know what goes on behind the scenes. All I'll say is it takes money to make money.
