You made my point, QEDN does not own these farms so why would QEDN insure the crops, that would be up to each farmer.
Another point would be that we/us do not know if insurance is even available to cover this.
The area maybe deemed too volatile to insure at this time due to rebels and the drug cartel.
Another point is no one here knows if farmers ever insure crops.
