As I suspected there may indeed be some bankruptcy fraud going on. McCusker states he owns no stock. But we clearly saw differently in the very limited ORRV disclosures post shell hijacking. He couldn't legally have sold this stock under Rule 144.

Then again I see nothing legal here at all so....
