That's inaccurate. There are no recent "filings" with anyone. CNXS doesn't file, they're not an SEC Registrant.

They don't even submit disclosures to OTCMarkets, there's no report recently submitted there - I'm not sure what you're looking at.

CNXS has Skull & Crossbones designation on OTCMarkets, Caveat Emptor/Buyer Beware status.
