Let it not be overlooked that Africa is a land of much corruption and little gets done straight up without bribes and money to grease the hands of political insiders and so called businessmen !

Some might pretend to have it all figured out and that everything is done per contracts, PSCs and agreements but the truth is that nobody has a clue !

Offor is a smart man who knows how to play the African game ! So pretend as you may but nobody has any idea as to what deals he may be concocting !
