Quantum Fuel Systems Tech fka QTWWQ

Not seeing them anywhere, I am just wondering what has and will happen to this stock that I a heavily invested in. Reading reports I have seen that the stock has changed name from Quantum Fuels to QF Liquidaton and that Douglas Acquisition and/or Douglas Trust has about 6 million shares. I am speculating that Quantum will eventually go public once again and revert the QTWWQ (QD Liquidaton) back to to Quantum QTWW once it is a position to be a conforming stock on the exchange. I think once this happens Douglas will easily get its 6 million it dumped into saving Quantum.

Anyone know the real scoop here? And why QTWWQ is still trading even though there is no connection to Quantum anymore?
