What makes me most glad at this point is that, we all have stake now in a privately held company. There is no change of devaluation of my shares due to the market and from what I hear, the market is about to collapse.

1) You do NOT have any stake in the privately held foreign company. By definition it is privately held. You own shares in a grey market stock.

2) Actually right now you cannot sell any shares so the present value is zero which would be a significant change.

3) from what I hear the market is poised to break the 23,000 Dow
